Several years ago, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, depression, fatigue and other various health problems. Eventually, these ailments disabled me for approximately 18 months. After returning to work, the pain and illness were still unbearable. I spent most of my time outside of work sleeping and eating. I was always too tired and sick to go out with friends. Most of all, I was embarrassed about being overweight. I've lost a total of 70 pounds which has also relieve a lot of the discomfort I was having from carrying around so much extra weight. Shingles are very painful and they also itch- difficult to treat - cortisone ointment helped some BUT I was in for a surprise !
